Representatives of OLAF, British American Tobacco and KPMG company visited CELBET headquarter in Warsaw on 7 of November.
The aim of the meeting was to review a study of the illicit cigarette market in the EU and to get the information on the illegal production of the cigarettes based on the analysis done by the British American Tobacco.
The data and scale of illicit cigarettes market were presented by KMPG representative within the Project SUN which shows the range of statistical analyses covering all 28 countries. Thanks to the meeting, CELBET experts and invited guests could exchange the information. CELBET team gave the feedback based on the CELBET site visits, reports and information collected by the experts and leaders.
