Procurement Expert Network is composed of one representative from Member State for CELBET (11 people in total)
The network is engaged in the following activities:
- collaborate with the experts from participating EU Member States on matters related with preparing technical specifications for procurements of customs control and detection equipment;
- disseminate all information relevant for the procurement and use of customs control equipment;
- cooperation in the use and development of Product Information Data Base operated by CEBET Equipment team;
- regular discussions on Customs Control Equipment Instrument;
- information exchange on planned and currently ongoing procurement procedures for customs control equipment
Scanner Cooperation Network is composed of one representative from Member State for CELBET (11 people in total). The network is engaged in the following activities:
- enhance operational cooperation and share best practices;
- explore the use of new technologies (e.g. for automatic analysis of images);
- discussions on practical needs for cooperation and possible problems to solve;
- discussions on training needs and solutions;
- cooperation in the use and development of X-ray Image and Data Exchange Platform operated by CEBET Equipment team.
